About the role
- SCCM & Intune Engineer responsible for administering and supporting application packaging and Windows environments for Atos. Engaging in troubleshooting and documentation processes in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of MECM (SCCM), Intune, Application Packaging and Windows OS environments
- Creation, maintenance, and deployment of application packages using MECM and Intune
- Participation in transition projects and implementation of customer requirements
- Customization and creation of technical documentation and reports for customers
- Independent analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Coordination and implementation of changes in accordance with established processes
- Responsible for identifying common incidents; responding to queries and disruptions
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM), Intune, Application Packaging and Windows OS (Client & Server)
- Professional working proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility and mobility
- Relevant and current certifications are considered an advantage.
