Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement.
Strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce); bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana.
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement.
