HR Analyst focused on Training and Development for the company in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, training programs, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance evaluation cycle and propose company-wide action plans.
Identify training needs and develop training programs aligned with organizational requirements.
Design and deliver in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions using participatory methodologies and up-to-date materials.
Develop learning content and materials, such as manuals, digital modules, and interactive resources.
Promote corporate education initiatives on internal policies, processes, and legal requirements.
Conduct and monitor employee engagement/climate surveys, proposing improvement actions in partnership with leadership.
Support employee requests received through ombudsman channels.
Develop and implement initiatives focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
Monitor and analyze indicators (KPIs) related to people development.
Organize events and internal communication activities according to the corporate calendar.
Maintain records and controls of training activities and assessments, proposing continuous improvements to area processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Corporate Pedagogy, or related fields
Proven experience in Training & Development (T&D) analyst roles with strong technical expertise across T&D areas
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and organizational competency mapping
Strong command of adult learning methodologies, development pathways, and learning experience design
Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile Learning
Data-driven — experience using and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives
Ability to engage employees in learning initiatives
