About the role

Responsibilities
- Allocate orders accurately for two key clients, ensuring all requirements are met
- Book collections and deliveries, coordinating with transport partners to maintain smooth operations

- Produce daily and weekly KPI reports, maintaining accurate data and insight for operational performance
- POD deliveries and ensure all documentation is completed and stored correctly
- Manage invoicing for customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Monitor and respond to emails, including inquiries, collections, store transfers, and manual order requests
- Report any delivery issues to relevant teams, supporting quick resolution and customer satisfaction
