- Construction Progress Verification
- Review visual data from site walkthroughs to verify construction stages against plans and schedules using digital and model-based tools.
- Data Quality Assurance & Labeling
- Conduct quality checks on annotated data related to construction stages; ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project expectations.
- Project Quality Reviews
- Perform full-scope reviews of project data to identify gaps, coordination issues, or breakdowns in implementation. Document findings and suggest improvements.
- Support Ticket Oversight
- Review and monitor the resolution of customer support tickets to ensure issues are addressed efficiently and accurately. Minimize recurring tickets and flag process gaps.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with quality, analyst, and operations teams to maintain high data standards and ensure successful client outcomes.
- Specialization & Domain Expertise
- Build deep expertise in the types of data and construction elements analyzed; contribute to evolving internal quality and labeling standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience on construction site or managing construction projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction phases and processes.
- Proficiency in comprehending and working with complex technical systems.
- Experience with project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all project deliverables.
- Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptability within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous.
- Ability to work on site at our office in Lalitpur, Kathmandu.
