Responsibilities
Support the Product Sales Manager ANZ/APAC in progressing existing opportunities with tailored, compelling proposals
Engage libraries through calls, emails, webinars, and newsletters to showcase technical benefits
Attend conferences and client meetings; travel independently as needed
Provide post-sale guidance to ensure full software adoption and create marquee library partners for case studies
Identify and refer new opportunities through industry engagement and relationship-building
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field
5+ Years of Relevant Experience
Strong understanding of library operations and challenges
Ability to explain technical features in practical, value-driven terms
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable hosting webinars and events
Master or above degree with major in Library industry (preferred)
Willingness to travel and represent the company at conferences
Trusted advisor mindset with credibility in the library sector
Proactive, relationship-driven approach to engagement
Ability to translate technical features into operational and patron experience benefits
Comfortable working collaboratively with sales teams and independently when needed
