About the role
- Automation and Production Support Analyst driving automation initiatives and providing production support. Working on various tools like Autosys, VBA, Appian, and Tableau for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a variety of tools including Autosys, VBA, Appian, and Boardwalk
- Provide dedicated support for production environments, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user queries, and ensuring system availability
- Utilize Bitbucket/Git for version control and RLM and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment of automation scripts and applications
- Drive the implementation of new automation projects from conception to completion
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to monitor system performance
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an automation or production support role
- Proficiency in Autosys, VBA, and experience with low-code platforms like Appian
- Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/Git, RLM, and Jenkins
- Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell) are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required
