Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a variety of tools including Autosys, VBA, Appian, and Boardwalk
Provide dedicated support for production environments, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user queries, and ensuring system availability
Utilize Bitbucket/Git for version control and RLM and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment of automation scripts and applications
Drive the implementation of new automation projects from conception to completion
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to monitor system performance
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Collaborate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in an automation or production support role
Proficiency in Autosys, VBA, and experience with low-code platforms like Appian
Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/Git, RLM, and Jenkins
Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell) are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required
