Requirements

- Provides requirements guidance to program manager, project manager and/or project teams
- Participates in all phases of the requirements life cycle and requirements teams for small to moderately complex programs and projects
- Exhibits business knowledge and the ability to identify and define business needs including understanding the organization's business and technology operations
- May serve as Scrum Master on an agile team
- Exhibits analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data
