Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning the role profile with hiring managers to the onboarding of new employees;
Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and monitor the stages of the selection process;
Verify hiring/onboarding documentation and carry out the integration/onboarding of new hires;
Support other initiatives and routines within the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) area;
Continuously interact with managers to align profiles and follow up on hiring needs;
Participate in selection processes for different professional levels and locations, including remote regions;
Record and monitor all stages of selection processes in control tools and internal systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with audits and quality standards (ISO).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
Experience handling a high volume of vacancies and diverse candidate profiles;
Experience conducting interviews and interacting with hiring managers;
Organized, with strong attention to records and process controls;
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage simultaneous demands.
