- UC Support Specialist responsible for seamless communication within Cirrus Logic. Supporting meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, and providing on-site and remote assistance for events.
Responsibilities
- Support the tools and technologies for UC needs
- Provide assistance for live meetings and high-visibility events
- Resolve issues quickly, ensuring reliable support
- Keep documentation accurate and equipment event-ready
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and AV malfunctions
- Create and update knowledge base articles and guides
- Support onboarding and offboarding UC accounts
- Log and track service requests using ticketing platforms
- Manage UC projects such as upgrades and software patching
