Responsibilities
Ensure the commissioning and operation of client servers
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 customer support (hosting and on‑premises for vendor applications)
Perform installations and migrations for clients entirely remotely
Manage clients' Oracle databases and systems (800 hosted virtual servers)
Provide managed services (IT outsourcing)
Produce documentation and implement ISO27001 processes as part of a continuous improvement approach
Participate in strategic technical projects such as infrastructure automation and optimization
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Operating systems: Linux, Windows
System administration: Apache, NGINX, Centreon, Java, OAuth2, LDAP
Virtualization technologies: VMware
Knowledge of one or more DBMS: Oracle, MySQL, etc.
Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML
Experience with containerization and automated deployment appreciated
Client-facing skills and a collaborative mindset
