- Monitor testing phases, qualification validation and regular service checks
- Coordinate technical deliverables with development teams

- Provide telephone technical support to users
- Conduct seminars and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in project management (ideally with a focus on IT projects)
- Proven initial experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with commercial GIS tools
- Experience managing ERP/packaged software integration projects
- Autonomy, organization and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, strong analytical skills and ability to resolve abnormal situations.
