Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP projects
- Understanding of the phases of the 2026 Tax Reform
- Knowledge of the coexistence between the current tax regime (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI) and the new taxes running in parallel
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (hybrid or predictive)
- Experience with scheduling and control tools (MS Project or similar)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously
- Experience in cooperatives or agribusiness (advantageous)
- Track record of projects with strict, non-negotiable regulatory deadlines
- Experience in projects that required coexistence of regimes or systems in parallel
- Experience with organizational change management involving business areas
- Experience in environments with external consultants and internal teams working together.
