About the role

  • Analyze and optimize delivery performance metrics at a gastronomic company while supporting strategy execution in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the delivery area by analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting the execution of strategies that ensure the best customer experience and sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, such as NPS, cancellations, and incidents, proposing action plans for continuous improvement;
  • Serve as a point of contact with suppliers and service providers, including logistics operators and the iFood platform;
  • Support and guide stores in executing processes and guidelines defined by the Delivery area;
  • Track and analyze store performance on delivery platforms, identifying optimization opportunities;
  • Prepare and present reports and performance analyses to internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects for the area;
  • Manage and optimize internal processes, such as payment flows, item registrations, deadline tracking, and task control;
  • Provide data-driven analyses and recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Expected graduation in July or December 2026;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (advanced level considered a plus);
  • Familiarity with performance indicators and data analysis;
  • Experience with delivery platforms, especially iFood;
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
  • Experience with performance analysis routines and project management;
  • Analytical mindset and data orientation;
  • Organized approach to working with information from multiple sources;
  • Logical reasoning and critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Systemic thinking and a solution-focused approach to problem solving;
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders;
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
