Responsibilities
Scale and maintain the business of assigned vendors while helping them meet their most critical business objectives
Own essential vendor relationships, lead daily conversations and high-level strategic discussions
Dive deep into Chowdeck's massive database to identify business & market trends and translate them into actionable recommendations
Serve as an important link between teams to ensure all parts of the company are working in sync to provide the best possible experience for vendors and their customers
Handle significant relationships and responsibilities, supporting portfolio vendors based on their specific needs and broader market requirements
Requirements
4-6 years experience in a client-facing role managing client accounts or account management roles
Business development experience, preferably at a technology company or within the food delivery space, with a track record of top performance
Proficient in writing SQLs and are able to generate/analyse large amounts of data, identify useful patterns, and make recommendations based on your observations - STRICTLY REQUIRED
Strong sense of ownership: you can be relied on to solve problems end to end, while managing all stakeholders involved, and proactively providing timely feedback
Embody the principle of servant leadership: you have genuine empathy for business owners, and you’re happy to go the extra mile to help them succeed
Are perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand how all moving parts on Chowdeck works and able to leverage your understanding to help vendors achieve their goals
