About the role
- Solutions Engineer responsible for API-driven integrations between Choco and customer systems. Collaborating with sales and customer success for best-in-class integration experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n).
- Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.
- Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight.
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
- Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.
- This role is primarily customer facing, with a strong focus on solution design and customer outcomes rather than hands on coding or software development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.
- Experience managing end to end API integrations, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support across multiple customer environments.
- Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communicator in ability to make complex ideas clear and simple.
