Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager — Brazil to lead our sales efforts and oversee marketing strategy in Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through your own sales targets, as well as leading and managing a team to achieve their objectives.
You will also be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound lead generation strategy, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring the team uses all channels effectively to generate sales.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Brazil.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to the sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Deep knowledge of inbound lead generation strategies and multichannel marketing.
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal teams and external clients.
Fluency in Portuguese; English is required and Spanish is highly desirable.
