Responsibilities
Manage and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns.
Ensure clear demonstration of ROI/ROAS.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals.
Develop media plans that define target audiences, budgets, channels.
Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
Plan and execute A/B tests.
Continuously monitor performance and generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
