Our partners are proactively looking for innovative technical and product-led integrations and this role is imperative to build a blue-print of curating bespoke commercial solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution, focused on designing and delivering high impact solutions for global agency partners. The Global Solutions Architect translates commercial objectives into scalable technical products, integrations and go to market solutions. Acting as a technical commercial partner to sales and product teams, the role supports solution design, complex integrations and platform development with key partners and teams.
Responsibilities - Key areas you will be tasked to build, develop and deliver globally. 1) Commercial Solutions, delivering and overseeing bespoke products.
Solution Design - Translate partner briefs and objectives into market solutions.
Custom Integrations – Scope & deliver bespoke product in collaboration with engineering.
Product Enablement – Provide expertise & guidance on implementation to customisation.
2) Technical Development, engaging domain expertise and specialisms.
Product Curation – Partner to product/engineering to shape features, integration & betas.
Domain Expertise – Maintain deep working knowledge of platforms, tools and ecosystems.
Process Optimisation – Best practice frameworks for scalability, efficiency and delivery.
3) Project and Stakeholder Management, seamless internal and external coordination.
Partner Engagement – Advise as primary technical commercial contact for key clients.
Revenue Focus – Support commercial with tech strategy, unlocking incremental revenues.
Cross-Functional – Coordinate solution rollouts across sales, product and ops teams.
