- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint/OneDrive
- Track record in developing and implementing internal communication plans
- Graphic design/visual fluency
- Proficient in email management systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of Workvivo, Cvent, Monday.com or similar project management platform
