About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of ABA to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Educate and train new staff on professional and clinical skills as well as client protocols
- Facilitate communication between all team members
- Lead team meetings and manage client data
- Ensure all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials to assist clients in reaching their full potential
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to interact well with children and their families
- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Physical ability, lifting up to 40lbs, squatting, kneeling, etc.
