About the role

• Manager of Product Performance leading product strategies across healthcare lines for Centene. Developing initiatives to enhance product performance and oversee analysis of product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• responsible for driving the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business
• serve as the primary contact for new product implementations and expansion of existing product lines
• develop policies and procedures and execute the specific business plan for new and existing products
• oversee the review of product performance and the analysis of the performance of products
• coordinate product improvement initiatives
• monitor and manage commercial product portfolio performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required
• Prior experience in project management, implementations, finance, data analysis, or actuarial services preferred
• Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care preferred
