Requirements
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of People Leader experience preferred
- Highly advanced clinical knowledge
- Strong knowledge of healthcare managed care principles
- Experience working with providers and healthcare teams
- current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Resource Utilization Group (RUG) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
