• Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and resolve issues promptly
• Manage scope changes, risks, and regulatory considerations proactively
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify process improvements
• Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and internal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience working for a healthcare provider or payer
• Understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, or clinical workflows
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Currently eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization.
