Design and lead an enterprise culture and coworker experience strategy that embeds CDW values into key coworker and leader moments.
Oversee our One CDW strategy ensuring an inclusive, welcoming and respectful environment.
Define and continuously improve the end-to-end coworker and leader experience.
Partner cross functionally to ensure technology-enabled solutions enhance the coworker experience.
Lead the evolution and activation of CDW’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture narrative.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, or related field).
8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise culture and coworker experience initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading the program management at scale of culture initiatives and values activation.
Experience embedding values and culture into business processes and talent systems.
