About the role
- Invoice Manager managing European contract invoices and supplier relationships. Ensuring invoice accuracy and collaborating with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper management of service invoices related to European contracts (~€3M per month)
- Verify invoices received from various service providers (~150 invoices/month)
- Handle dispute management when needed and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Receive and validate invoices in the different systems
- Create and track purchase orders
- Report to the TEM manager
- Contribute to smooth service operations and collaborate with various business units in an international environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program in management control / finance
- Understanding of corporate finance environment and related terminology
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Oracle and SAP
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
