Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small development team focused on the AskLen Moveworks bot, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative AI solutions
- Develop, code, test, and debug software programs with a focus on building experience APIs using REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting
- Understand and coordinate potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities
- Provide high-level technical support to clients, addressing existing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience
- 2-3 years of people management experience
- Strong leadership and technical knowledge in ServiceNow, Python, Power Automate, REST API development
- Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Principal Engineer/Manager
- Should have at least 'On track' or above in last appraisal
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within Marsh McLennan in the last 3 months
- Candidates must possess full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
