Business Continuity and Crisis Manager ensuring the company remains operational in emergencies. Develops strategies and processes for stability and security within the organization.
Responsibilities
Further development and expansion of resilience and emergency management in accordance with DORA
Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to mitigate risks
Plan, coordinate and document emergency exercises and recovery/restart tests
Conduct awareness and training measures and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
Close collaboration with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
Coordinate the crisis team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making capability
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external audit bodies
Requirements
Completed degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in Business Continuity Management (particularly in the banking sector)
Experience in process analysis and creating policies, procedures and manuals
Strong teamwork and communication skills and a confident demeanor
Excellent German and good English skills
