About the role
- Senior Functional Specialist leading ERP implementation and supplier lifecycle management at CBC/Radio-Canada. Collaborating across departments to modernize procurement governance and risk management processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Support supplier onboarding and supplier qualification workflows.
- Develop vendor segmentation models, supplier risk scoring, and risk-based approval workflows.
- Ensure procurement processes align with procurement policies, financial directives, auditability requirements, and public-sector governance standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle release updates and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- 5–8 years experience with ERP procurement systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with supplier lifecycle management, sourcing, procurement governance, or contract management systems.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract and Supplier Risk Management processes.
- Ability to translate procurement policy and governance requirements into system configuration.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise ERP transformation programs.
