Coaching and supporting colleagues to build underwriting and pricing risk management capability and confidence.
Requirements
Experience in technical risk management within UK financial services
Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, particularly underwriting and pricing practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A pragmatic, solutions -focused mindset with strong judgement
Confidence to challenge appropriately and supportively at all levels.
