About the role
- Assistente Financeiro supporting financial operations at Casa do Fitness. Handling invoicing, accounts receivable, and collaboration with accounting departments.
Responsibilities
- Emissão e controle de boletos;
- Apoio em contas a receber e cobrança ativa;
- Interface com as áreas de Contabilidade e Controladoria;
- Inclusão, controle e baixa de negativação em cartórios;
- Gestão de reembolsos e despesas despesas fixas;
- Controle de rateio intercompany;
- Apoio no fechamento financeiro mensal;
- Atendimento a clientes e fornecedores para esclarecimento de dúvidas financeiras e administrativas;
- Organização e manutenção de arquivos, documentos e controles administrativos.
Requirements
- Superior Completo ou cursando Administração, Gestão Financeira e afins;
- Conhecimentos em cálculos financeiros (juros, valor presente etc.);
- Conhecimentos em ERP (preferencialmente Netsuite);
- Excel intermediário
- Soft skills: Organização, atenção a detalhes, boa comunicação, proatividade e capacidade de resolver problemas.
