Responsibilities
Define and lead our partner marketing strategy, aligning with business unit priorities and growth targets.
Build and execute the B2B marketing plan across multiple markets, collaborating closely with product, marketing and commercial teams.
Own multi‑channel, full‑funnel campaign planning and execution across e.g. LinkedIn, email, PR, webinars, in‑product messaging, and partner co‑marketing.
Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products, features and commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
Develop audience‑first campaigns shaped by market insight, performance data and strategic growth opportunities.
Own and deliver industry‑facing brand events that elevate Carwow’s reputation and thought leadership.
Partner with commercial operations and CRM teams to drive upsell, cross‑sell, nurture journeys and pipeline acceleration.
Work with analytics and commercial teams to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Line‑manage and develop a Senior B2B Marketing Executive.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, marketplaces or automotive.
A strategic thinker with strong audience segmentation, messaging and positioning skills.
End‑to‑end campaign experience — from planning and creative briefing to performance optimisation.
Ability to balance brand building with growth and pipeline generation.
Confident communicator with experience working cross‑functionally with product and commercial teams.
Data‑literate, comfortable with performance metrics, and motivated by impact.
Pragmatic, collaborative and able to operate with pace in a scale‑up environment.
Strong stakeholder management, comfortable with direct feedback and navigating competing priorities.
An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can think beyond standard B2B playbooks to reach and influence our dealer base.
People management experience - there will be one direct report.
