Responsibilities
Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan
Coordinate, prioritize and resolve issues encountered by the team.
Optimize the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy to complete open work
Escalate critical/complex issues that will impact the business
Manage the team according to established programs and objectives
Implement, monitor, manage the quality of work
Contact, collect feedback, establish and maintain good relationships with customers
Respond to key customer complaints, carry out customer satisfaction investigations and ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or in the service industry.
Experience managing field service teams, including union technicians, with a focus on performance and efficiency
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including diagnostics, controls, and maintenance
Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to build customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office, and dispatch tools
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Clear and confident communicator with all organizational levels
Flexible and hands-on, comfortable in both office and field environments.
