Responsibilities
Supporting merchants by assisting in the execution of rail contracts including rail application, rail billing, contract administration, contract pricing, and customer service
Coordinating closely with accounting teams to ensure timely contract application and settlement of trains
Key contact for customer questions regarding contract maintenance
Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Providing backup for the rest of the trading support team as needed
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and handling special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum of two years of related work experience
Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Detail orientation and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and prioritize
Excellent follow-up skills
Strong computer skills; intermediate level or above in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
