  • Customer Service Leader managing pre- and post-contract administration and customer satisfaction across Mexico. Collaborating with teams to oversee contract terms and ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support for pre- and post-contract administration and management
  • Oversight of contract terms and conditions and claims management
  • Definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities
  • Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Provide service agreement, and time and material program management
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Interact with teams to function as liaison between internal organizations and customers

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience)
  • Execution-oriented in managing public customer accounts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Established project management skills
