Responsibilities
Garantir des réponses fiables, précises et pédagogiques
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients B2B et B2C
Traiter et qualifier les demandes clients écrites (mails, formulaires, chat)
Analyser les situations contractuelles et techniques liées aux abonnements énergie
Apporter des réponses claires concernant la facturation, les consommations, les mises en service et le SAV
Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers
Mettre à jour le CRM et les outils internes
Coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes (technique, facturation, recouvrement, back office)
Organiser les interventions si nécessaire
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des process et de la base de connaissances
Participer ponctuellement à la gestion des appels entrants
Requirements
Expérience significative en service client multicanal (mails, formulaires, chat, appels entrants)
Expérience en back office / support client avec gestion structurée des dossiers
Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la facturation, aux contrats, aux consommations d’électricité et au SAV
