Responsibilities
As a member of the Advanced Technology Navigation & Sensors team, you will be engaged in the development of new GNSS and Inertial based navigation stems, increasing the resilience to Jamming and Spoofing, enabling future safe and autonomous aircraft operations
Design and conduct in-depth scientific experiments, simulations, and analyses for GNSS navigation applications including laboratory and open field experimental work
Develop advanced signal models tailored to specific GNSS applications and scenarios.
Collaborate with internal and external partners for knowledge sharing and innovation
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GNSS and Navigation technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Completed Master’s / PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Physics Science or related fields; or
Background in one of areas such as navigation, GPS/GNSS, signal processing, estimation algorithms
Minimum 2 years’ experience since graduating from university – either in industry and/or engineering science.
Knowledge/experience with MATLAB and/or Simulink
Be a team player, organization skills and analytical thinking
Good command of English language, comfortable to use it in daily interactions
Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Passion for Aerospace and interest in developing a career in this field
Any of the below is considered as an advantage: Knowledge of programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++, Simulink), knowledge of electronics or electronics design, experience in all phases of the prototype development life cycle (i.e. design, prototyping, testing, results interpretation) and their optimization, experience in experimental analysis and data analysis
