About the role

  • Delivery leader responsible for mid-size consulting engagements at Highmark Health, managing client projects and leading teams. Ensuring performance metrics are met for healthcare-related consulting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and deliver mid-size engagements to meet/exceed key performance metrics
  • Manage 1-2 simultaneous client engagements
  • Lead individuals, teams or multiple groups
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings and collect requirements
  • Help with performance management, coaching, and targeted individual development activities

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar experience
  • 3 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects
  • 3 years of working in complex, matrixed environments
  • 3 years of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider) preferred
