Responsibilities
First- and second-line technical support to users
Diagnosis and resolution of hardware issues
Installation, configuration and maintenance of software (Windows, Microsoft 365, corporate applications)
Troubleshooting of systems, networks and workstations
Management of equipment (preparation, configuration, replacement and inventory)
Preparation of documentation for technical procedures and best practices
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of tasks and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in IT support (hardware and software)
Good knowledge of Windows environments
Experience with Office 365
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience or interest in automating processes and procedures using PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or equivalents
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune/Azure AD/Intra ID.
