About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and scale the full-funnel growth engine (outbound and inbound);
- Develop ABM/ABO strategies in partnership with the Sales team;
- Create and execute outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls);
- Optimize inbound conversion (website, forms, CRO);
- Implement automations, lead scoring and nurturing journeys;
- Qualify leads and improve handoff to Sales;
- Analyze performance across the funnel and continuously optimize results.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing
- Experience in sales-led models (Mid-Market, €10–100k ACV)
- Strong data orientation, testing mindset, and continuous improvement
- Hands-on, autonomous profile with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier
- Knowledge of outbound, inbound, automation and analytics
- Fluent in English (Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus).
