Bilingual Client Training Consultant providing training and support on Fidelity's technology platform. Ensuring clients are educated on using products and services effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide effective training to new and existing clients on how to use SCFC products and services, primarily by training trainers in-person, online, or on-site at client locations.
Develop product training materials in collaboration with subject-matter experts within the organization to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
Actively participate in the evaluation and launch of products or features.
Provide support and training on SCFC client-facing applications as needed.
Coordinate training sessions and ensure availability of training materials, technological equipment, and facilities.
Provide necessary support for advisor onboarding and client acquisition.
Facilitate advisors’ transition to the SCFC platform through training activities.
Requirements
Bilingual (French/English)
More than five years of experience in an account management or training role within the financial services sector, preferably in brokerage, account management, or custody operations
Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
Strong project management experience
Enrollment in or completion of a continuing education certificate in training is considered an asset
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) considered an asset
