Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities.
Manage end-to-end project delivery.
Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Collaborate with business units to understand their operational needs.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
Ensure project execution aligns with IT governance.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
More than fifteen years of experience in IT project management.
At least three years dedicated to ServiceNow projects.
Proven experience implementing or modernizing GRC solutions or IRM modules.
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification or equivalent; ServiceNow GRC certification is desirable.
