Responsibilities
Manage User Stories, Sprint Backlog, and Kanban Board
Experience with working with Product Owners/Managers and maintain Product Backlog Sprint Planning
Define, measure, and improve using KPIs like Burndown chart and Velocity
Add acceptance criteria to the User Stories in the Sprint Plan
Plan and run the daily stand up, Creating a plan to deliver a working solution
Backlog Refinement, Packaging, Deployment, and Release
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management information systems, computer science or related field
US Citizenship Required
3-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Experience with leading agile teams in a large project requiring coordination between teams
