Responsibilities
- Work alongside Sector Management to provide support for service routines
- Work in areas of systemic solutions and tools for process improvement, optimization, and automation
- Develop panels and dashboards for performance evaluation
- Enable monitoring and remediation of identified deviations
- Interact with stakeholders
- Record activities in the system and produce reports in accordance with the governance established for each type of request.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, or IT Management
- Valid registration with the respective professional council (when applicable)
- Experience: 4 years performing the duties described above
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of SAP BW
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with ETL processes
- Experience with M and DAX languages
