Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in business technology to support digital journeys, business operations and data insights
- Extensive experience in process re-design
- Experience working in a large, complex enterprise organization, preferably a Financial Institution
- Experience in Project Portfolio Management and software development life cycle
- Product experience on intake and adoption patterns
- B. Comp. Science or Engineering degree; or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work through change management
- Finding the right balance between building relationships and driving necessary change
