Responsibilities
Drive process optimization, governance improvements, and strategic alignment
Enhance delivery framework and governance processes
Design, implement, and refine project delivery processes
Facilitate cross functional process mapping and optimization workshops
Measure and communicate project health, progress, and realized benefits
Oversee development of enterprise portfolio dashboards, reports, and performance insights
Lead enhancements across key PDLC/TPMO areas
Partner with leaders to drive TPMO tool adoption
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in business technology to support digital journeys, business operations and data insights
Extensive experience in process re-design
Experience working in a large, complex enterprise organization, preferably a Financial Institution
Experience in Project Portfolio Management and software development life cycle
Product experience on intake and adoption patterns
B. Comp. Science or Engineering degree; or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to work through change management
