Responsibilities
Grow sales and distribution across key Off Trade accounts in your territory.
Build strong, long‑term relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
Execute brand strategies, activations, and the Perfect Store framework to maximise visibility.
Identify new business opportunities and optimise existing accounts.
Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Support tastings, trade events and in‑store setups when required.
Requirements
3+ years in field sales — ideally FMCG, beverage or liquor.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a varied territory, prioritise, and work independently.
Good commercial understanding and comfort with reporting and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
RSA certification + valid driver’s licence.
Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and manage stock when required.
