Requirements
- 3+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments, preferably in Customer Service and Logistics or procurement areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
- International experience and a global mindset are essential
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous
- Fluent English – Required for global collaboration
- Italian – Preferred for local engagement
- Third European language – A plus for broader communication
