Responsibilities
Design compelling creative assets for global marketing campaigns across digital channels (ads, landing pages, email, and social).
Create motion graphics and short-form videos that highlight product features and brand storytelling.
Translate creative briefs into strong, on-brand visual concepts.
Collaborate with the global creative and marketing teams to localize campaigns for six or more markets—including China—while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
Help define and scale creative processes for localizing assets efficiently across languages and regions.
Ensure that all deliverables align with Cambly’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and localization teams to create cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Stay current with design and motion trends to bring fresh/innovative creative ideas.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital/graphic design, ideally within tech, consumer, or education brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and campaign design.
Native in Portuguese and Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
Strong visual composition, animation, and typography skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.
