- Implement, operate, and continuously improve the release management process
- Plan and coordinate different types of releases
- Ensure clear internal and external communication regarding release plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Generate regular reports on associated KPIs
- Monitor and report on process performance, and suggest improvements where applicable
- Facilitate the release process by ensuring effective communication, structured time planning, and strong long‑term maintainability
Requirements
- Experience working with release management or IT project management, preferably in environments involving system and service delivery
- Solid understanding of ITIL release process
- Experience from enterprise production deliveries
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

- Certified within ITIL
- Documented experience of implementing ITIL processes on a broader scale within an organization
- Have experience from Jira ITSM tool (JSM)
- Have experience working with a product and service provider within the healthcare sector.
