About the role
- Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist partnering with recruiters for talent identification of engineering roles. Creates compliant recruitment strategies and engages with passive candidates for open positions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department recruiters in support of talent identification efforts for open positions throughout the company
- Create and execute compliant recruitment strategies for positions that require support from the Sourcing team
- Source candidates through a variety of creative methods, including social media tools and industry contact lists
- Initiate contact with passive candidates for openings and maintain quality candidate pipelines
- Research market conditions and industry trends as they relate to competitors and educate internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive HR experience in one or more functional areas
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify and source candidates through a variety of technology platforms
- Experience in monitoring key performance metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions and influence strategy
- Extensive experience data mining various social media to identify candidate profiles
- Demonstrated capability in engaging otherwise passive candidates through creative outreach techniques and messaging
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical roles
